The goods supplied must be paid for by irrevocable bank transfer, in advance and confirmed, or via PayPal unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with the Critics Corporation.
Terms of validity
The proposal and the conditions contained therein are valid for 7 days from the date of this letter.
Delivery time
The delivery of materials is established in 1/2 days for products in stock, 2 weeks for products that can be ordered and 30 days for products out of stock from the date of the order.
Ownership of the goods
The goods supplied remain the property of the selling company until full payment of the entire offer and of the material in accordance with the provisions of articles 1523 and following of the Civil Code.
ITechnical information
The technical information included in our websites is obtained from the information published by the manufacturers of the goods included in our catalog. Therefore, Critics Corporation reserves the right to modify / adapt the technical and dimensional information of the products in the catalog, based on what will be communicated by the manufacturers, even without prior notice.
Warranty, Assistance methods
Critics Corporation guarantees (legal guarantee) its products for a period of 24 months for material sold to the final consumer (date of order, invoice or shipping slip). If the material is invoiced to companies or public administrations, the guarantee is for one year. Critics Corporation warrants only the replacement of damaged Products upon return of the same. For the cases of warranty exclusion, please refer to the website section General conditions section of cases of warranty exclusion. The warranty for lack of conformity (or legal warranty) covers only material or manufacturing defects (1519ter) and not accidental or wear-and-tear failures. The warranty is void in the event that the returned products have been tampered with (lack of the warranty seal, lack of the label showing the serial number of the device, cut power cables, non-original components parts, disassembled equipment, etc.) or if the lack of conformity is not reported within 2 months from the date on which the defect was discovered. Product found to be defective during the warranty period will, at the company's option, either repaired or replaced free of charge. The warranty begins on the date of purchase of the product. Technical assistance and warranty interventions on the Products are carried out, where required, by the individual Manufacturers, according to the terms and methods indicated in the documentation attached to the Products. In particular, Critics Corporation does not give any guarantee regarding the compatibility of the Products with other products or equipment used by the Customer, nor does it give any guarantee regarding the suitability of the Products for the specific use intended by the Customer.
If a product is deemed defective, notification must be sent via email to amministrazione@critics-corporation.com. The customer must send the goods to the following address Critics Corporation – Via.. Roma exclusively by express courier, including proof of purchase and a description of the problem. Shipping costs are charged to the customer. The customer will also be responsible for return costs if the product does not comply with the manufacturer's warranty conditions (manufacturing defect). Unclaimed products will be considered abandoned after 30 days.
Once the factory defect has been ascertained, the product will be refunded or replaced and sent back.
Assembly boxes
As for the assembly boxes, the guarantee applies only to the individual components (provided that they are correctly assembled) and not to the assembled product. All devices, even if supplied assembled, are intended for didactic-experimental use. Customers are invited to check their compatibility with the regulations in force in the various countries before their use. For this reason, Critics Corporation declines all civil and criminal liability for improper use. The kits (even if assembled) and components cannot be integrated into other applications if the required legal approvals are not requested and obtained first. Critics Corporation disclaims any civil and criminal liability from the placing on the market of finished equipment made with its own products and / or components.
Right of withdrawal
Critics Corporation, in compliance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, provides the right to exercise the right of withdrawal on purchases made on its site within 14 days of receipt of the goods by the customer, pursuant to Legislative Decree 48 of 06 /02/2014. Persons who are not final consumers, i.e. those who act for purposes that refer to their professional activity, are excluded from the exercise of the right. To exercise this right, the customer is required to communicate his intention via email to amministrazione@critics-corporation.com. The customer must send the goods to the following address Critics Corporation – Via.. Roma exclusively by express courier and including proof of purchase of the product. The product will be accepted and refunded only if it is rated as new and therefore resalable. Shipping costs are charged to the customer. The customer will also be responsible for return costs if the return is not accepted.
Critics Corporation will check the integrity of the goods received and refund the amount spent by the customer within 14 working days on the same form of payment used.
In the event that the goods are not received intact, the Critics Corporation will notify the customer who will have the right to agree on a lower refund (devaluation of the goods for damage), to have the goods returned (with an increase in shipping costs; the products unclaimed will be considered abandoned after 30 days).
Warranty, Transportation Service
Shipment takes place by means of carriers chosen by the Critics Corporation. The goods travel at the risk of Critics Corporation until delivery to the place indicated by the customer and, more precisely, until the signing of the accompanying document by the customer (or his representative). In case of theft / loss of a shipment, Critics Corporation undertakes to compensate the full value of the undelivered products, the reordering of the same is at the customer's discretion. Where the customer requests to appoint their own carrier, the shipment takes place carriage forward and the risk for loss (for theft or misplacement) and / or damage to the goods is transferred to the customer upon delivery to the carrier from the Critics Corporation warehouses. The shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, takes place throughout Italy in the purely indicative terms of 24, 48 or 72 hours from the date of entrustment to the courier, on board the truck and in the office hours indicated below: from 8.30 to 12.30 and from 14.00 pm to 18.00 pm on non-holiday days and from Monday to Friday.

For any dispute that may arise, the Court of Rome will be exclusively competent.
